I can just hear Mom say of this picture..."Oh Jeff!" I remember how cute you were (and still are) when you were little with that blonde hair that stuck straight out, it was so nice to feel because it was so soft. You always were such a "teddy bear" and even if you would like people to think differently you still are! I hope this is a blessed year for you......next year will be the big 50!love you lots!
